Anyone can open a public Instagram profile and scroll its following list. What nobody can do by hand is read the hundreds of accounts on that list and say what they add up to. That is the job of this checker.

What the checker shows
A first free preview lists the strongest signals in the following list, with the accounts behind each one. The full report groups those signals into exposure dimensions, shows how concentrated each theme is, and highlights the followed accounts that carry the most weight. Because the analysis is built from public posts, every finding can be traced back to something you could open and read yourself.

What it does not do
It never logs into an account and never asks for anyone’s password. A private following list reaches us only when someone who already follows that account exports it and shares it. It does not show likes, direct messages, stories, or location. It also does not judge people: a report describes the content an account is exposed to, not who that person is.

Questions people ask
Can I check a private Instagram account?
Yes, if you already follow them. Instagram shows a private account’s following list only to approved followers, so if you are one, you can already see it. A helper script running in your own browser exports that list and you provide it to us. LikePatrol never logs in as anyone and never sees an account you could not already see yourself. The helper runs in Gear Browser on iPhone, iPad and Mac, in Firefox with Violentmonkey on Android, and with Tampermonkey on desktop.
Will the person know I checked?
No. LikePatrol only reads information that is already public and never interacts with the account. There is no view, like, follow, or message involved.
Is this the same as seeing someone's followers?
No. Followers are the people who chose them. Following is who they chose. The following list is what shapes their feed, which is why the checker focuses on it.
