We also do not perform facial recognition or biometric inference; the analysis is based on text and metadata only. Public content is retained only as long as needed to compute and explain your report; the long-lived record is the derived signals (tags, scores, area aggregates), and raw content is purged from working storage after use.

15. No Solely Automated Decisions and No AI Training on Your Data
Reports generated by the Platform are descriptive analyses for personal awareness, not automated decisions. Any human acting on a report is solely responsible for the decision they make and is the controller of that decision under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) Article 22, the UK GDPR, and any equivalent law. The Platform must not be used as part of any process that produces legal or similarly significant effects on a person without meaningful human review (for example, decisions about employment, tenancy, credit, insurance, immigration, or child custody). Separately, we do not fine-tune AI models on user data, and we do not allow our model providers to use our prompts or your data to train their models.
16. Subject Removal Requests
If you are an account owner and you do not want your public profile to be included in current or future SocialWatch reports, please email contact@socialwatch.ai with your handle. We will exclude your account from current and future analyses and remove any cached public content tied to that handle, subject to verification, within a reasonable time.
